I recall being asked by the dentist that removed my amalgam fillings to fill out his "symptoms" sheet by placing a check mark beside each symptom that applied to me. His comment to me after seeing how I had filled out the sheet was " I should have told you to put a check mark beside the symptoms you did not have!"
